Construction Projects

Countryman Building

The expansion of the Countryman building is a 16,000 sq. ft. addition at a cost of approximately $3.2 million.  The addition includes classrooms, administrative/faculty office space and student soft space.  The project is scheduled to begin January 2012 and completed January 2013.

 

 

Keese Hall

Keese Hall will get an additional 6,000 sq. ft. to include a multipurpose space for large events.  The area will be to the south of the existing structure.  Keese Hall currently houses Office of the President, Academic Affairs, Workforce and Economic Development, video conferencing, open computer labs, classrooms and faculty offices.  The project is scheduled to begin in May 2012 for completion in January 2013.

 

Downtown Project

In response to continued enrollment growth, Rhodes State College continues to pursue its vision of building a Center for Medical Innovation in Education in downtown Lima.  Future planning and collaborative efforts with the internal and external communities will take place.
